Any return of gems should be insured for full value and shipped by Fedex or UPS.ShippingMy normal shipping charge will vary depending on value of the item, destination, plus insurance costs. If you desire overnight service, shipping can become quite expensive. Because my prices are low, I do not absorb shipping charges. I can ship by UPS (fastest) in which case a street address should be included with your order, or by registered mail to post office boxes. On occasion I ship via FedEx. Astrogems Cancellation and Refund PolicyAstrogems maintains an unconditional cancellation and refund policy:You can cancel your order any time prior to shipment. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Refunds must be requested within 7 days from receipt of goods.If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Astrogems will provide a prepaid fedex return label.Each return will be assessed for a restocking fee which will vary depending on the item. For personalised nine gem bangles it will be a minimum of 20% of the retail cost and shipping costs.
