I always guarantee the gems I sell. Approval of gems before final purchaseI will happily ship gems for your approval. I require a credit card number before shipment. All gems I ship are "subject to your approval." Any return of gems should be insured for full value and shipped by registered mail or UPS.ShippingMy normal shipping charge will vary depending on value of the item, destination, plus insurance costs. If you desire overnight service, shipping can become quite expensive. Because my prices are low, I do not absorb shipping charges. I can ship by UPS (fastest) in which case a street address should be included with your order, or by registered mail to post office boxes. On occasion I ship via FedEx. Custom JewelryI am happy to send you design choices or match your favorite design to the gem(s) you have chosen (as far as it is in my power to do so). I can send a wax model to allow a trial of the design before the actual piece is completed. Each piece is carefully handcrafted by an expert jewelry artist who is also knowledgeable in the design requirements of astrological jewelry. Therefore, my custom jewelry is beautiful and always unique. As with my gems, I keep my jewelry prices as low as possible. I will correct - at no additional cost - any discrepancies in size, workmanship or prearranged design. I have in stock an extensive selection of preset gem links and encourage clients to visit and select the gems for the navaratna they can be wearing the same day. Please also understand that if we need to use AutoCad software design technology there will be charges for this part of the process also.Bangle designs 
Astrogems Cancellation and Refund PolicyAstrogems maintains an unconditional cancellation and refund policy:You can cancel your order any time prior to shipment. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Refunds must be requested within 7 days from receipt of goods. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Astrogems will provide a prepaid UPS return label. Each return will be assessed a restocking fee which will vary depending on the item.
